Child Safety Tips
Learning how to stay safe is just as important as learning your ABCs. Start with these simple tips to help your child or grandchild stay safe.
Teach your child how to use 911. Your child should also know his/her full name, address, and phone number.
Teach your child about stranger danger. For example, never go anywhere with someone they don't know. Don't approach an unfamiliar car.
Don't place your child's name on personal items. This information could be used by strangers.
Teach your child what to do if you're separated in a public place.
Know exactly where your child is and whom they're with at all times.
